  He’s serious about this, apparently: To counter Palin, Obama to dispatch female surrogates Senator Barack Obama will increasingly lean on prominent Democratic women to undercut Governor Sarah Palin and Senator John McCain, dispatching Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton to Florida on Monday and creating a rapid-response team to deploy female surrogates to battleground states, Obama advisers said on Thursday. Huh?? “…female surrogates…”???? THIS is the response from the Savior of Humanity?? I don’t know… is it possible that we’ve just seen the new all-time record for Most Whiny Bitch in a U.S. Election? I wonder if Obama knows that the Olympics are over. And that there was no such event. I mean - this is already way beyond the pale of Al Gore trying to change election rules when he failed to carry HIS OWN HOME STATE in the 2000 Election. So… let me make sure I have this all straight, because I can hardly believe irony this delicious actually exists outside the inconsequential worlds of people like Oprah and George Clooney… Barry disses the one WOMAN in America who would have given him a chance to win in November. Check. Barry gets bitch-slapped in Prime Time by a WOMAN who could not only kick his ass on the B-Ball court, but whose record as Mother, Council Woman, Mayor, Governor, Corruption Fighter - and now American Icon - dwarfs his pathetic, elitist career as a political hack who’s never represented ANY constituency but himself. Check. Now, poor Barry finds himself, not running against John McCain for President, but running against the WOMAN who bitch-slapped him! Check. So what’s Barry’s solution? Instead of responding with dignity, character and any evidence whatsoever that Palin’s characterization of his non-accomplishments was faulty, he continues to allow his other “surrogates” (online, in the media, at union meetings - and within his own campaign) to pursue ad hominem attacks on Palin and her family, and - hang on to your mouse - sends a traveling cotillion of WOMEN out TO CAMPAIGN FOR HIM!! I think I just wet myself. So… this is how The Obama Presidency will work, eh? When the going gets tough with Iran, Russia, China or Pakistan, you’ll send out the Female Surrogate Brigade. And the final irony here is that not only would that brigade likely be more effective than he, but that he himself believes they would be. Thanks for that insight, Barry. I think your fifteen minutes are up now. No doubt Hillary will go for this, too. Just like she did at Invesco, where her support was so completely over the top that everyone saw right through it. The Clintons won’t leave the slimmest doubt in anyone’s mind that they did all they could possibly do to get Obama elected. It’s her only chance to make her case in 2012. Lay it on thick, Hillary. Don’t leave anyone guessing!
